T-dotty17

Dotty is a basic border theme for enlightenment e17, it includes a analog clock and matching shelf. It was originally created by galeote for the previous e version. I did not add or remove anything, just recompiled to work with the actual e. In the download zip there are two versions, one to work with composite loaded, one without. For the preview I used a background I personally found more pleasing then the original you will find in the theme. Have fun.
